What to Expect
Join us for free, guided relational practice sessions that works like a human skill gym: structured experiences, meaningful conversations, and lots of supported reflection. Together, we’ll build the foundational muscles of emotional intelligence.
Naming emotions with clarity (instead of defaulting to “I’m fine.”)
Listening with presence rather than preparing a response
Asking questions that open a conversation, rather than leading or closing the other person
Noticing your internal reactions as they arise with non-judgement
Staying curious during moments of conflict or discomfort
Sharing your truth in a way that is grounded and kind
These sessions are experiential, not theoretical. You’ll learn by doing - through connection, real dialogue, and a strong container to provide structure for this sometimes messy inner-and-interpersonal human space.
