A Space with Aliceanne

Working with me begins with a conversation — not a program or a prescription.

Every person arrives with their own questions, rhythms, and needs. My superpower is listening deeply, seeing patterns, and helping you make meaning in the places that feel stuck or uncertain. Whether we’re talking about leadership, purpose, or personal transformation, the work is the same at its core: remembering who you are and bringing that wisdom into how you live and lead.

For more than 25 years, I’ve helped individuals and teams navigate growth, complexity, and change — drawing on my background as a psychologist, leadership advisor, and facilitator of deep developmental work. My approach blends science and soul: grounded in evidence-based psychology and informed by contemplative practice, adult development theory, and embodied awareness.

Some clients come to me as executives or founders seeking clarity and maturity in their leadership. Others come as humans in transition — loss, reinvention, awakening. However you arrive, the goal is the same: to meet you where you are, and walk with you as you find your next steps.

How We Might Work Together

  • Leadership & Work

For those navigating complex systems — executives, professionals, or teams — my work centers on awareness, integrity, and growth. Together we explore the habits, assumptions, and patterns shaping how you lead and make decisions. This isn’t performance coaching; it’s developmental work — helping you move from wisdom rather than reactivity, with a greater sense of alignment, purpose, and presence.

  • Life & Wholeness

For those seeking a deeper connection to themselves and the life they’re living, our conversations become a practice in remembering. We work with emotion, embodiment, and meaning — integrating psychological insight with contemplative awareness. Whether you’re healing, reinventing, or simply wanting to live more fully awake, we create a grounded space for you to come home to yourself.

  • Traditions & Thresholds

Change — chosen or not — has its own rhythm. Whether you’re stepping into leadership, out of a relationship, through loss, or into a new season of becoming, we work together to orient toward what’s emerging rather than what’s ending. This is where growth deepens, identity shifts, and life begins to re-form.
